Appointment System

The UTHealth School of Public Health Appointment System requires a one-time, quick-and-easy registration. After registering for an account, you can make, modify, or cancel an appointment online.

To register for an account, proceed to Register for a New Account. We require you to register using your UTHealth e-mail address (userid@uth.tmc.edu). If you already have an account, proceed to Make an Appointment

General Guidelines for Appointments

1.  When making an appointment, keep in mind that we need time before your appointment to prepare to meet with you. For Quantitative & Biostatistical Tutoring Services (QBTS), allow at least 1 day for us to thoroughly review the course material related to your question(s).   

2.  After making an appointment, submit the document(s) you want to work on and/or the question(s) you have. You can either upload these files to the scheduling system by attaching them to your Appointment Form, or email them directly to your selected QBTS tutor. 

3.  On the day of your appointment, remember that all appointment times are in Central Standard Time (CST) and that you should show up promptly at your selected appointment start time to meet with your selected QBTS tutor.

Note: You will initially be taken to the Standard Display, which allows you to quickly find and make appointments. However, you have the option to view the Calendar Display (via a link at the bottom of the Standard Display or by setting your preference in your profile), and can return to the Standard Display at any time using the "Appointment Search" option at the top of the Calendar Display.
